Default 02 sensor light after exhaust install

I am new to the forum, I have posted on other forums and I cannot resolve this problem:

I have a 2008 silverado Z71 with 78,000 miles. I have a K&N cold air kit, dual exhaust with side exit before the rear tire, and an Edge evolution tuner.

After the exhuast install, I have the following codes that will not go away
p0060, p0160. The problem is the bank 2 sensor 2, heater resistance and no activity. I have replaced the sensor 3 times with AC delco parts, I have tried the non fouler trick, I have cleaned the MAF sensor, seafoamed the intake, and nothing works. I have check for burnt wires, all fuses, etc.. I even tried using other programs on the tuner such as : towing mode, economy mode.. the light goes off for a day until the internal computer runs a test and boom its back.

I have heard if you put headers on or take the cats off ( which i have done neither) you will have to get a custom tune and "tune out" the rear 02 sensors. so the only thing i can think to do is get a custom tune, which im not opposed to doing, just want to make sure that im not missing anything else.

Also last week, my tire pressure light keeps coming on and going off spontainously, even though all tires are fine.

I dont know if its a ECM problem or what. thanks for any imput

P0060 HO2S Heater Resistance Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0160 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected Bank 2 Sensor 2

B2S2 is the passenger side after cat O2 sensor.

No reason at all for this to be happening if you are running cats and have the sensors all plugged in.

I might try unplugging the opposite O2 sensor and see if that trips a code.

If the CEL doesnt come back, you were replacing the wrong side Aftercat O2 sensor.

If it comes back, soemthing else is wrong.
