The driver seat has a tear in it. There are little dings and scratches here and there. I wasn't too picky about the aesthetics when I picked it up because I planned on tearing it down and making it a race truck. I think it looks pretty good in pictures, less so in person...but I digress. You'd have to see it for yourself. Also, because I hate rust, this truck is 99% rust free. It has the 'exposed to 20% humidity' amount of rust...you can wipe it off the frame with your finger. So essentially nothing. It is a work in progress. I've only had it up to 6psi due to lack of fuel and the transmission being stock. I've never had it on a dyno or taken it to the track, but it feels strong...on the lowest boost, 4psi, in 2wd it blows the 255 75r17 tires off through 3rd gear, around 75mph when I let out of it. The goal was to hit 4 digit power on the stock valvetrain, and then drop a built engine in later to max out the turbos and potentially touch 8.99 in a 4WD...lofty goals. The truck is a fuel system and some trans work away from banging out 9 second passes. SOLD! |
A bricked PCM and just like that project no experience is project no more...

I don't have enough experience to fix it :(
Lol, I'm really just lacking motivation these days. Maybe I've built too many of them. |
Is his the truck that the PCM was converted to the newer pcm?

I almost want it... Almost... But I too would rather have a diesel these days,
But I'd take one of the turbos, ;) |
Any plans for future projects or just tired of the hobby in general?
