F/S 2007.5 Silverado ECSB Z71 - Cammed VMAX!
Im putting up for sale my NNBS 2007.5 Silverado extended cab short box Z71, it has been my daily driver for the past 10k miles and has performed flawlessly. It is a 1LT trim Summit white exterior, grey cloth interior.
The details-
The truck is originally a 1LT Z71 (4x4) that had a 5.3 engine, i purchased the truck blown up and swapped in a LY6 6.0 liter from a 2008 2500HD, therefore it no longer has DOD, in order to delete the VVT of the LY6 i installed a Comp cams 227/230 112+2 3 bolt cam, cam gear, new timing chain dampner, Brian tooley .660 platinum springs and hardened pushrods. Aside from that they only other mod is a magnaflow catback exhaust. The truck still has the stock airbox, stock exhaust manifolds etc. Truck was then street tuned with Hp tuners and runs perfect. the dash shows no warning lights, it drives like a nice comfortable stock truck, until you put the pedal down, then the rear tires erupt out from under it and puts a huge smile on anyone inside the cabins face!
The truck has factory 3.73 gears both front and rear, stock converter in the 4L60E transmission that shifts perfect and has never gotten hot. I have used the truck to pull my 28ft enclosed car hauler multiple times with no issues at all. This truck has been an awesome sleeper to take down multiple modded SRT4's, STi's, 5th gen SS camaro's, modded diesel trucks, hondas etc.
The truck has alot of potential if someone had the desire to put long tube headers and a good intake on it as the tune is currently very conservative (22 degrees max timing) or being it is an LY6 (dish pistons) the truck would respond very well to boost, i had been eyeballing the trick turbo kits alot lately, but would rather get a diesel.
The reason I'm selling the truck is to get a NNBS Duramax to accomodate a larger trailer.
Truck has 143K miles, engine has 75K, only been cammed for 10K flawless miles.
Everything on the truck works perfectly.
I'm asking $18.5K, Clean and clear title is in hand.
