05 88mm turbo just wandering
 

I have an 05 silverado two door short bed 5.3 224r cam performabuilt level 3 with all billet 3600 stall, built rear with 4.10 and detroit tru trac, and a kbracing 88mm turbo with 4in downpipe custom black interior with center console sporting autometer nexus gauges. I blew the head gasket awhile back and then winter came and my babygirl was born so just wandering if it would sale the way it sits or if i need to tear it down and fix the head gasket. would like to get 12500 will get pics up when wife gets home thanks Cody

How much if any damage did the head gasket do? Just need a new set of gaskets and go?

Heard of blowing a head gasket with boost obviously, just never knew what kind of damage it does.

Yea just a set of head gasket truck still starts and runs good just smokes white and leaks coolant out the back of the pass head. still trying to get pics up it the one in my profile pic except black rims now

Not sure where "Moore" is, but what do you think about selling the truck minus the engine, turbo, and trans?

Looks like a nice truck. Unless you are planning on selling it super cheep, or parting it out fix it first. Just go with some Ls9 gaskets, arp bolts, and surface the heads. Even if it costs you 1000.00 you would be $ ahead. A hurt truck isn't worth much.

interior is all black minus seats was gonna do katskinz but other stuff kept coming up gauges are top of the line look them up autometer nexus 1000 dollars in the three gauges which are boost trans temp and afr tires have less then 400 miles on them tranny is level 3 4l60e has about 1500 miles rear end has about 400 miles on it

where is Moore?

I may be interested in the turbo kit...

Moore is right outside of Oklahoma city. I have ridden in this truck before, but that was when it was N/A
