So I got my notice of "not guilty" and "bail ($222) exonerated" but no check! What do I have to do now, go to the courthouse and ask for my $ back, or will they automatically mail it out?

Just a reminder how important it is to stand up and defend your case.

Nice work! Way to fight it! I got my bail back in cash at the court, but Texas and Cali are probably different.

 

Yet another reason I'd rather live in TX & not CA.

Altho last week was bad, temps hi 80's & & 90's. I was told we hit 102 last wk. I thought it was 98, but at that hot, does it matter? Oh, the humidity matched that too. Or it felt so.
