I got one on the upper inside of each of my arms. It wasn't too bad. The tattoo artist made it sound like it was one of the more sensitive places to get one.

 

on the arms is alright, it's just when he starts to work his way around to the under side of the arm you start to really feel it.
my wife picked out my next one, it is a skull wearing an aztec head dress that is bright in colors with very good detail.
upper right back is were she says it gets put.
