When i quit chewing, i was goin through a can of skoal every other day, so this works, it sucks bad but ya...I took two cans, put one in each of my yard shoes, put them on bare foot, then proceeded to mow the yard in the Texas summer. That was 4 years ago and havent gone back to it, and honestly i dont think i have been that sick since either. I threw up for a solid day and felt like total *** for a few, but i never wanted dip again.

When I quit, I was going through a can of Cope a day. I finally had enough, and just decided to quit, joined the KtC forum, posted up everyday. I had a half of a can on my desk at work throughout the whole thing. I had to prove to myself I could do it even if I had access to it. Because when I was out, I could ask about anyone for one.

I will say it's extremely hard to do this way.

Hour 58. Been to Wally World and gas stations a few times so far. Still alright. Who decided nbs tierods shouldn't have a double ended adjuster sleeve sway bar is off the front now, so I have a legit race truck now Bout never got the inner tie rod off of the steering rack. Didn't put in a pinch, so all is well.

Last time I quit I made it two months. If anyone says it gets easier its crap. After two months my mouth still watered for it as bad as the first week I quit. What made it worse is being at work and watching someone open a can up. I'm about a can a day guy. When I did quit the last time I tried to wing myself off of it by switching to pouches. I would go till I felt like someones life was about to be in danger then I would pop a pouch. A can would last 4-5 days and then I quit. But as I previously stated after two months it wasn't any easier. I have talked to people that have quit for 10+ years and they have said that they still have to fight the urge. It sucks and I wish I wouldn't have started the crap to begin with.

Walmart also sells some fake snuff, Smokey Mountain if I remember right, its not terrible lol.

That sounds about right. I wasn't into it as heavy yet, but I quit for about a month this past summer. Still was way easy to slip. My dad has been dipping since around middle school and he said not to touch the stuff unless you want to dip for the rest of your life.
