I'm looking at this piece of meat and it's got bumps on it like a tongue, funk it, I close my eyes and eat it...delicious. For those that don't know Pazole is a Mexican or ancient Aztecan soup that consists of some kind of bean, in this case slow cooked "indian" corn and pork. I ate a quart or so of tongue and pig ear. The ear was a bit tough.

it's hard to resist anything pork IMO. I have never had tongue and I have to admit, probably the only way I'd try would be the same way it was presented to you. An "expert" cook.

Yeah, I'm not about to march to the local market and buy me a pig tongue, or ear but I was always taught to respect food. My parents always said if I didn't eat it they were going to send me off to Etheopia...
Naw, we were just brought up to eat what was served. My mom used to hunt rattlesnake and bring it home for dinner
I'd come home from school and there'd be a brain in the fridge
There's only a few things I'd have a hard time eating.
When the end times come I will not starve to death
