i got your pm rite here BUDDY!!ive offered you $$for your services on sundays and you said oh nooo.the only reason i asked about the email tune is because YOU did it for somebody else and it became public.i was past the locked part and you never returned my pm's reguarding the pm below.
oh and link the post's to where ive bashed you,and ill link all the posts that ive said go to you.and ill also dig up other posts about your customer service.
i think ive pretty nice about all this untill now,sorry its gotta be like this

ok im gettin headers next week so ill be needing a a retune bad.so if send you the locked pcm i have can you unlock it a send it back so i can send you logs and you send me the tune via email.
so can we work something out here,i hate to spend all that money again on some one else.

well its the ecm that you tuned for me awhile back so its locked.can the dealer flash it back to stock for me? so after you send me a basic tune for headers and i log it are you going to adjust it as needed?via email?

I don't think andrew understands tuning very much.
After skimming through your little post of PMs, yes you can still log and send logs with a locked PCM. Also a dealer can reflash over a locked tune if for some reason you needed them to do that.
Also, as for him locking his tunes, you can't trust many people out there. There are people who would pay for his tunes only to reuse his maps and tweaks that he has spent alot of time working on (which this has aledgedly happend, not going to say any names though). If you do not do your own tuning, your tune should be locked. It looks like charlie tried to help you by sending you an unlocked base tune to get you started if you planned on tuning yourself. But I do not blame him for not wanting to send you an unlocked PCM with a full tune of his on it.
So basically the way I see it is, you dont like it, find another tuner. And by looking at your sig it seems like you did, so I don't know why you're still arguing in this about something that has nothing to do with you or the tune in your truck.
