Get a video camera and start video taping them hauling *** and doing what they are doing. That way you have the proof you need. Just to have it.

Then do the "Water runoff". If she tries to call the cops saying you did it just pull out the tape and say that you've told her several times to slow down.

Another option is to get a .22 with a scope and just take out her tires every night.

 

well josh the only problem with that is that they might find the bullets and then he's in a world of trouble. i think the best course of action is to get the cops involved and videotape them while they do what they're doing to **** you off. that or you could just make all sorts of racket and **** them off to the point that they move...

Yeah, as satisfying as vandalism may be I'm going to suggest just taping the asshats blowing down the road. Make it visible too. When they're coming down the road walk out your front door holding the camcorder and make it obvious your filming them. That alone might make them slow down to a reasonable level.

You could pull a scarface and use the above mentioned C4 attached to their gas tank and follow them in a car and push the button.
