Neighbor just beat the crap out of his dog. WTF
 

Hey all,
IDK what to think about this.
I was just sitting here when I heard my neighbor yelling for his dog.
The dog ran over to the next yard because it wanted to play with the kids over there.
BTW it's a small 12-15# fluffy dog.
I look out the window and the dog returns after the guy screams for it several times.
It is so frightened, it is trying to hide under their car, but he grabs it by the scruff of the neck.
He grabs it so hard that the dog is crying in pain.
Then he walks in the back door, leaving it open, adjusts his grip to the rear or the dog,
AND TAKES 3 FULL SWINGS, BEATING THE DOG AGAINST THE WALL.

The guy is like 6' 5" and I mean FULL SWINGS!

I wouldn't be surprised if the dog was killed.

I am really stunned right now.

What the hell.

I feel like I should do something.:mad::mad::mad:

I agree. Call animal control and report it. There are laws against animal abuse.

yeah, it's hard to get involved but no doubt you should. Call the PO

:stupid: call the PO then an animal shelter, they can give you a number to call, i know some states have a like offender list, kinda like sexual offenders, but for animals.
