It used to be healthy to eat fish at one time, now you have to worry about mercury levels in their tissues and all the ailments that can come from that. All fruits and vegetables are introduced to some form of pesticide and if not, they are organically grown and may not have pesticides on it, but there are other issues to growing organic that hipsters don't like to talk about. My point is, everything is effed up right now and if you wanted to eliminate all this crap from your diet, you are gonna have to change habits entirely. you are just lucky thast you have access to fresh foods and meat. im not so lucky up here in the arctic. |
I eat and drink whatever is in front of me, then again I am a marathoner. I usually cook at home, and if I do go out to eat, Austin usually has good eaterys around here. That's the good thing about running for no less than an hour a day.

Yes, since 2001 even the big Drs will say milk is bad in my line of work well from 1999 till 2010 i dealed with alot of medical field folks and have strong evidence on this
My point was that everything seems to be potentially dangerous and it's only gonna get worse. I don't see a few strange problems with milk being any worse than the gradual poisoning of our oceans to the point most of the continent is gonna be without drinking water and the stuff we have left is gonna need to be desalinated or treated very heavily before it can be considered consumable. I'm not an environmentalist, but see the discussion as a springboard into a whole area of organic vs. inorganic food and processing, etc. Which lessens the power of some unnecessary fats and excess hormones, when you can get a few benefits to go along with it. |
Oh no I just posted those to for people to see I didn't know what YouTube was untill 2007 lol :( but since 01 there's tons of crazy thongs I've seen about milk

I meant the sensationalist Youtube videos of questionable quality. I should have specified LOL No legitimate claim, in my opinion, is made in such a way, through Youtube.

Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich + a large glass of milk is probably my favorite "meal". I don't have it a lot, but I drink between a gallon to two gallons of milk a month.
