Screw it, if you can live at home for free, do it! Money disappears a lot quicker when you have a mortgage. I lived at home for two months after graduating from college, and saved up about $6000. It would probably take me a year to save that much now.

well man, i'm sure you know you would have to let those toys go to get yourself a home. but, a home is a WAY better investment than fixing up a vehicle. i have never gotten my money out of a vehicle... you can almost always make money on a home.

i am guessing that is Maryland you live in? prices are fairly high in the city there....far as i know? i looked at some homes in cali, looked like $400K for a little house!

i sold a mustang, a bike, and four wheeler to get a house.....but equity builds very fast in a home.....where it depreciates super quick in a vehicle. plus, mommy cant walk in on you bangin out your girlfriend in your own house!

I've lived in my place for over 2.5 years now and it's appreciated just enough to cover realtor fees if I sell it.....

This **** kills me!
The wife and I have had it out on stuff in my pockets at least a dozen time! LOL
Every time she gets pissed it's because she threw stuff in my semi-clean pile down the chute, did not check the pockets and ended up with paper all over the was tub or something worse, a tube of moly lube broke open once and got all over the place!!
I had to laugh, she did not think it was at all funny even though I was the one who had to clean the tub out for two hours.
I actually lost my wedding ring for three months once, put it in my pocket when I was on a business trip and in the hotel hot tub. Did not wear the shorts again until summer came around and the ring reappeared. that was the best **** ever!!

Thanks for posting this funny stuff.

Yah man its crazy, you can barley get a double wide trailer here for 70k, and thats in a park, then they hit ya with 4 somthing for ground rent. So luckly my rents are awsome, understand how hard it is to get a home now days..
