Interesting trailer I saw

I was driving home from Georgia last weekend and saw this trailer. It has cameras all over it and some sort of satellite dish on the back. The hinges and door knobs looked very solid. It had a Canadian license plate. Does anyone have an idea?

It does look like a mobile command center of some sort. Could be for storms, law enforcement, spies, etc.:secret2:

Looks similar to some Frac-Computer trucks used in Oil rigs. Never seen cameras in any though.
