I'm a Personal Security Specialist for the U.S. Consulate in Iraq. I do their executive close protection for all of the Department of State government officials when they attend meetings out in the cities with the Iraqi government officials. I wear suits, body armor, an M4 and a Glock 19. Got the job right out of the Marines but I'm gone 8 months out of the year.

I started with TC then went to Global Group. Global Group lost the contract when it went into rebid and so now I work for TC again lol. Only for 36 more days though..... got married last July and have a baby due in August so I'm calling it quits. Got a job opportunity with Nashville Metro PD so hopefully start the academy at the end of the summer. Such a small world in the contracting biz lol I would've put contractor on a WPS program but figured nobody would understand.
