Playin with someone at a light is one thing but cutting off traffic and racing up over 100 is just retarded and should be stopped.

this is not in a subdivision, it's on westheimer, and yes a majority of those involved in these incidents are ricers. Stupid ricers, don't they know to go to Mexico to race?
