Nahh Credit card fraud BS. I did all the police work before even calling the cops though! The cop who showed up was like "I don't even know what to say...I have nothing left to do but arrest the guy!"

 

It is in AZ if the vehicle is lifted or with X amount of tire exposed and for all semis, dump trucks and trailers and such. Something about a governors daughter that got killed in a car wreck cuz her windshield got hit by a rock a truck kicked up and caused her to wreak, so he got a really strict mud flap law passed, or something like that I think.

 

CA law requires flaps too, or fender flares if your tires extend outside the wells.
