ya i went to plead not guilt but apparently the citations didnt go through yet... he said the guy has to appear in court, i dont want him to appear not for the simple fact that ill win if he doesnt but for the simple fact that ill ******* kill him if he does, i mean seriously because he wanted to play cop today it is gonna cost me over $200 now all for NOTHING

i mean i cant believe this guy wasnt ******* man enough to pull over to when the cops got me... he just kept right on going if its who i think it was... which im still not ******* sure of

I can't read the tickets, what are the charges the cop wrote you up for?
The best thing you can do is go to court, keep your mouth shut and deny the charges. Without witness they have to drop the charges. Don't offer anything, just deny the charge.

if you happen to actually get these violations. your looking at around 5 points or so in one outing. also insurance companies hate careless and could possibly lose your insurance

You should of said that he was the one that passed you, illegally... That's how he got in front of you 
If he can lie to get you tickets may as well return the favor... Ok that's disshonest, but WTF I can't believe you can get a ticket on just the word of another person.
