GMC crome grilles 99-03
 
have u noticed that a lot of the 99-03 GMC HD's have a stock crome grille insert instead of the el' cheapo black one. i would like to get one, i think crome looks good on a pewter truck. anyone have one 4 sale.

Are you talking about the open mouth of the grill that has the big friendly GMC or the shell surrounds?

If that's the case, I think you'll have to get the entire HD grille shell.

That's what I thought you meant. The grille SHELL is the same but the actual grille is different. But they are bonded together so you will have to change out the whole thing to get the HD look. However I am sure there is a aftermarket insert or something that will work.

Did that make sense?
