Finding RPO codes using a VIN number

Is there a website where you can get a list of the RPO codes for a truck based on the vin number?

I'm truck shopping, but none of the online adds tell you what gears a truck has.

I don't know if you can get the gear ratio from the vin, but I found this vin decoder that may help...

If you know someone that has access to gmdealerworld, they can run a VIS for you and it has all of the information your looking for.
