Do you use a fake or real Christmas Tree?











I know a bunch of pervs are looking for boobies

 

Well it was YOU that posed the question I prefer real or nothing and since real trees around here cost a weeks pay it's usually nothing

 

we put up fake.... way easier to manage, and we had one given to us... and plus real is wayyyy expensive

 

This is what I had until my son was 2. Then my wife said she wanted him to have memories of decorating the tree. I offered to let him plug it in but that didn't work.. So now we have a full sized fakie.

Haha.. i used to have one of those too. did you offer to let him put the lil lights in the holes?


Fake trees are less messy and last forever. I don't see the point in cutting down a real tree just to use it for a few weeks and throw it away. Seems a waste to me.

 

growing up we always had a real tree... me and my mom used to make a day out of it... picnic with hot cocoa, followed by a trip to the real tree farm, cut down the tree... go home and put ornaments on it...


yea whatever... i was always in trouble as a kid... shocker I know... we did have a real tree, minus all the other crap listed above...

 

We use fake for the time being, but I would like to do a real one again once children are around...

 

since i bought my intake we're too poor to buy a tree..i joked about going and gettin a big tumble weed and putting lights on it and i got a bad glare from my fiance

 

We always used fake. Alergeys and what not, mess fire hazard. but as for as price, the just give them away here. At least to the soldiers. But I live in the barracks, so none for me. My room is the size of the bed of my truck. Yet another reason I hate it here.
