So far I've emailed Yank, SDPC, and Vinci with inquiries on their products that I'm considering buying, and nobody's gotten back to me
Guess that the only way to get in touch with them is to call...which I tried to do with Vinci today but I got voicemail
I know that these companies are buzy, but how hard is it to reply to an email and say "yes, we still stock that item" or "no, I'd recommend our SS series converter behind that h/c LQ9"...they just might make a dime. OK rant over.

I've had great phone conversations with Richard at WCCH, best customer service I've seen by far, and actually had good customer service with Vinci many years ago when I bought a handheld tuner from them (before I was wise to the custom tune, although I must say that I was quite impressed with the tuner for what it was). I spoke with them a few times, once with Roger, and once with his son (Joe?). I just wish that someone would reply to my emails, I feel like a frickin' orphan lol

I emailed them directly from the link on their website over 2 weeks ago and didn't get squat. Maybe there's a different email like dave@yank or something like that....could you post up the email addy that you used, thanks in advance

The problem with email is its so convenient for people to send messages that you get tons of useless messages asking dumb questions. Even with how popular email is today the best way to do business is by phone. If I want to buy a performance part I pick up the phone and call it shows I put forth more effort than a lot of people and I always get a better response.
