cheap bulbs will do that. i am going to school to be an electrician and we had to study bulbs.

ahh...but you really can't beat that feeling when you are standing a couple feet away from 13.2Kvac primary when its 100*, 90% humidity, your sweatin your nuts off and all of the hair on your body starts standing up from the static.
