Question Tune after transmission rebuilt

I recently bought a 05 Silverado 1500 z71 cc and I rebuilt the transmission and I was wondering if I had to tune the truck since I added corvette servo and tb i6 stall to it? This is the kit

In a perfect world yeah it could be tuned for the converter changer but it's really not that much bigger than stock. It may shift and lock perfectly fine.

Vette Servo doesn't need to be tune for on a stock transmission.
