Default Traction bars?

I'm considering getting traction bars on my RCSB lowered silverado. will these make a huge difference? is it worth the price on a daily driver? I dont know a lot about them and they sound like a great way to get a stiff start.

Do you have major traction issues??

You'll also want to look into the tires you are running aswell if you do.

I wouldn't run them on a true DD.

Occasionally I'll fishtail off the line or if there's uneven surfaces in the road while turning the rear will act like it is. I just replaced my tires all around with V rated 275/55/20s, so there's probably not a huge problem there.

Personally, I am seeing some spring flex on mine at mid 400's hp, and going to put some caltrac's on mine. you would just have to make sure that you have the clearance still for something like that, or even traction bars with you being lowered.

Traction bars either assasn bars or caltracs will stiffen the hell out of the rear suspension. There will be almost no suspension travel out back hence the coment about not using them on a true dd. I have some on mine and only use the at the track. On the street i have them back out pretty far so they arent making contact at all.

Also street tires are useless under power. Look into a tire like the ET street S/S. My truck on a 4/7 drop has no axle wrap even on drag radials without the assasins hooked up.
