We're going to need a little more info about what you do with the truck, where you live/work/drive (will it ever see a parking garage?), what you like, etc. Both practicality and personal taste are variables to consider when offering recs.
Personally, I'm a fan of Method Race Wheels but others may disagree. I'd start by finding a wheel style you like, then do a google image search for lifted Silverados of your year to see if you can find any posted info of the setups. If you post the picture of what you'd like to achieve on here we could probably estimate what lift and tire size it has.

Thanks for asking. I guess you could say that my truck is a asphalt cowboy. Parking garages I'm not worried about. What I am actually wanting to do is raise my front 2 1/2" to 3" and run a 18x9" or 18x10" wheel. I'm wanting a aggressive look without any rubbing.

Here's an example of a leveling kit with a lot of detailed info. From what I've seen of them, the guys at custom offsets do a pretty good job too.
