I can almost drop my oil pan without pulling the rear crossmember or front diff out....
Damn! That's some serious oil pan clearance haha. My lift kit is actually a 6in. kit and with the torsions turned all the way up it's at about 8in. I'm using skyjacker 6in. lift end links and I haven't encountered any clearance issues. However my truck is rarely off road now so the only time it sees full lock is backing into my driveway. :p

Most of mine is parking and making basically a u-turn out of the parking lot type area in front of my townhouse.... Usually the tire fender alerts me to the fact that im almost there at least going to the left..... Hoping once i get a chance to get the cognito upper control arms and get the alignment pins back in the frame it stops that!!! Never said i havent had bugs to work out with this truck.... Almost ready to go down to some more standard size tires and possibly lowr the truck a little in the process, but i like to way she sits too much now!!! Biggest issue is the ridiculous amount of wheel hop i get out of it!!!

By standard size tires i mean either a 285/7017 or maybe even a 275/6020, just cant bring myself to change the stance she has at the moment with the 315/7017 on 17x10 mazzis even though the rims alone are something like 45lbs each or something!!!!

Those wheels sound pretty heavy. I'm on Mickey Thompson classic II's 17x9 and Yokohama geolandar at/s 315/70/17. I feel like my wheel and tire together are in the ballpark of maybe 40lbs. It used to have 17x9 cragar steelies with the same tires that were way heavier.

Youre tires are in neighborhood of about 63lbs each, then wheels are somewhere around 30lbs..... So youre still around 100lbs per wheel/tire!!! 63# is about the lightest 315/70r17 ive found so far.... If i stick with 315/70r17s im going to have to find another favorite tire, seems everytime i find one they disvontinue it.... Used to run dunlop rover rvs, which had essentially the same tread design as their mts with sipes in the blocks to quiet them down... Then i started running kumho road venture ats kl78s and they have now discontinued those.... Both of which were abit lightest tire you could get in this size.... Firestone has a tire that if they make ut in the size i need may be a candidate but not sure if they make it that big or not.....

I'm just running skyjacker shocks in the factory mounts and I think it rides pretty well. Idk how it rides as soft as it does though. I run my tires at 35 psi so maybe it's a little bit of sidewall flex taking the hit?

Tire preasure is certinally a key factor everytime I take mine in for anything they fill them up for me free of charge! to 65psi! Next time I miust remind them to stop it because its to sensitive at that high psi

When I'm not towing or hauling anything heavy I've run 40 front/35 rear for years and always have even wear across the tread.
