Find a bfh and swing away. But seriously to fit 35’s on a nbs w/ only a spindle lift takes some cutting, usually the front bumper valance minimum. Then pop off the inner fender liners and find the areas that rub and hit or cut those down, and reinstall the liner in the factory points if possible or with zip ties discretely.

On my 04 I rubbed with 35’s on 6” lift. trim front valance and take mud flap off the front, if that’s not enough either do a small body lift, roll the front fender (cal fender mod) or smaller tire. The e brake cable I was able to unhook it from the frame bracket for clearance.
