That is called the "cook swivel head ratchet ?" I have never seen it before but it look good I'm going to check it out.

Sounds like craftsmen will fit your needs best. but I highly recomend these ratchets to everyone. I also love my overdrive screwdriver from mac!

I used to give my old biz partner a bunch of **** about that ratchet.....until i used it. worth their weight in gold, once you pull a truck manifold off with that 1/4 and a wobble socket you will never go back!

Here is a link to the ratched we are talking about, it also comes in a hard black handle (the one I have) It is called the Flex handle ratchet, other are called flex head if you get what I'm saying.
