If you don't already have one, try a magnifying lense. I got 2x yesterday and tried it out real quick. It helps you see what is going on in the puddle and tighten up your arc length with the smaller thinner stuff.

15 or 20cfm. I forgot. I can check tomorrow. Why does it look like too much?

Too much shielding gas will cool the puddle and you'll be fighting that.

Not sure to be honest, I'm still trying to get past blowing a hole in my aluminum. To me the welds look great seeing as every time i try to weld aluminum i just make a big hole in the metal. Still trying to fine tune my settings.

Have you checked out the Miller Weldsettings Ap? I use it to start with on my settings

Yea i have it but i'm still blowing thru. I've actually adjusted down to ~40 amps and still have some blow thru

Sounds like you need to move faster and/or use more filler per dab.
