I was just going to get the Hobart regulator/hose combo. it's probably identical to the miller product but without the miller stamp and taxes that come along with that stamp. I think the package was around $90

That will be fine for home use . Guts/gauges are tougher in the miller for industrial use.

Miller makes great welders from entry level to industrial precision tig welders. Ive had my miller Mig for 20 years. I noticed in the pic u posted of it, the whip is wrapped pretty tight for storage. Id suggest a nice loose loop of the mig whip to prevent liner damage.

I have gas on it now. I plan to modify the cart with some 1" square tubing to hang the whip & cables. it welds great!

Badass find, those things are expensive when new.

I have that same welder I build all my turbo kits with. When I first got it, (new) I used it on 220, then I needed it to weld something outside the shop one day and change out the plug to 110. Welded so good, I never switched it back! lol I've done pretty much all my welding on 110.

My only real gripe with it is the damn power switch is on the back of it!

I have this welder because I needed a portable. Never use the big mig now and this stays on 110 power, fantastic machine.
