Finally got my toolbox stocked and cleaned
18 Attachment(s)
Ive been on a tool buying spree lately to get my toolbox stocked with everything I could possibly need. Along with getting it organized and all my tools actually clean and in it. Finally finished today, I know its not that big of a deal but its a big deal to me to finally have ALL my crap organized. No more wasting tons of time searching for something turning a 2 hour job into a 4 hour job.

Not sure why a couple of those pics are rotated. Oh well, you get the idea :jest:

Looks good man! I finally organized all my crap last winter. It is such a nice feeling knowing where everything goes and you know when something is missing.
The funny thing is i have some of the same exact tools! |
I know, your thread is what prompted me to get my shit together :jest:
I am missing a few sockets and I need to pick up a couple more gearwrenches but other than that Im rpetty set. When I get ready to build my next motor I think Ill swing for some good precision micrometers and a quality set of calipers. |
You need one of these for all those loose wrenches it is only $13

I dont have any room for that. Im already considering a new toolbox but itll be late next year before Id make the switch. Probably shouldve gone the two box route like you but this one will do. Bastard is heavy as hell. The loose wrenches are ones I never use anyway. The drawer that has my gearwrenches and the long orgnaizer on the left goes from 24mm or something like that down to 6mm I believe. I never work on SAE crap so its cool :jest:

LOL.... Funny huh since we have American made vehicles... I never understood that.... |
Yeah Ive always thought that was wierd. Nothing surprises me these days though. Any government building we do has ALL measurements in metric. Blows really bad, makes EVERYTHING take twice as long to inspect. The Convert Me app on my phone comes in real damn handy. Ill forever remember 25.4mm=1" :bang:

That's a very nice setup, congrats man.

Looks good man. Got my box stocked with most of the same tools too.
