Air compressor upgrades
Well i bought a nice air compressor a few years ago and i bought some HF regulator and water seperator. The compressor is awesome but the regulator/filter was ****. So i invested in a nice Milton regulator, water seperator, 1/2 air hose and all new high flow couplers.
I was having some massive pressure drops and not enough air volume to drive a cheapy impact. This solved it all.
My compressor.
3.2hp 60 gallon 10.2 SCFM 220v
First up are the Milton high flow couplers compared to standard couplers. The nice thing is that the 1/4 and 3/8 fittings fit the same coupler. Look at how much bigger the high flow ones are.
Next up are the new regulator and water seperator/filter. I have the new 1/2 air hose screwed directly into main output line to reduce volume/pressure drops.
Lastly the 1/2 rubber goodyear hose
I also bought a new impact. MAN this thing has some freaking torque!!

yeah it's what it came from the factory set at. Ingersoll Rand 80gal 5hp. been meaning to make a new compressed air potato cannon now that I have access to 180psi. I know on 100 psi I could launch a potato pretty far. 180 could send one out of sight if it doesn't blow the potato into 1,000 pieces.
