Summit is typically my go to as well....so yeah now the state tax rate will suck. I normally got parts within 2 to 3 business days anyway.

Gubment been trying to get it set up to where you pay tax regardless of where you buy anyway so once us Texans start ordering from the new Summit location we'll just be ahead of the curve and mentally prepared for it when we have to pay tax from everywhere no matter what.

Summit is already charging us taxes if you order from Texas! They started just a little while ago. Something to do with the building is already together... And it's going to be the largest aftermarket supplier building in the country, maybe world? I wanna say it's over 700,000 square feet of building and a 32,000 square foot showroom!

Yeah, figures. If the company you're buying from has a location in your state, you're paying taxes.

I'm just pissed it's not gonna be built in Houston so I can just pop over and go shopping.

Other than RockAuto, Summit was my go to spot for parts for my Chevy. Will be nice to be able to go over and just shop it in person. Doesn't bother me...
