Called the place in mesquite. They don't high speed balance but he said their machine spins faster than anywhere else you will find, up to 3500rpm.
Inland trucks in Denton balances driveshafts, but it's damn near $100 after taxes. Crazy.
Anymore places y'all can think about let me know. The closer to Denton the better.
