Yep it's in the directions. It has two looped wires if I remember correctly. You'll see when you get it.

I dont think you have to cut any wires on the newer model.

So just to be clear. The ls2 TB is better than the LS7 for forced induction? The reason i ask is because i ordered a ls7 from the dealer and i can cancel it and order a ls2 if that is the way togo.

Yes. What did they charge for the LS7? The LS2's are not cheap. As per our conversation Corey, I think the issue is mainly when the TB is being sucked through and not blown through but cannot say for sure. To be safe I would just do a LS2.

I paid like $170 for the ls7.

What frustrates me is all the posts i read people said buy the gold blade not the silver. But those were all NA people. Well crap. I just called my buddy, it allready came in so i realky cant exchange it so. I am stuck with it now. If it screws up i will get the ls2 one and sell the ls7 one.

I ran the LS3 for a couple years before I had any issue, now I also upped the airflow also so not sure if it was time or both. You will know when you do a scan by looking at the TPS.

I'm pretty sure the early LS7 tb's were silver blade, the same as the LS2. Then in 2009 or 2010, they switched them over to the gold blade with the new camaros. So you could have just ordered the wrong year tb. But if you bought it for 170, chances are it will be the gold blade.

Ya they changed at some point I am just not sure when, there are subtle appearance differences between the LS2 and LS3 other then the blade color. The main one being the connector location.
