Default E-Fan CFM

ok. i am totally confused on fan CFM ratings. i am looking at a 16" E-Fan on line. it is being sold by a few companys.
it is being rated between 2500 CFM and 3800cfm most have a 120w motor with 10 blades and 8 blades, the higher rated fans with 180w motors are rated 3500-3800cfm, 8 to 10 blades thin and wide, how can you figure out the real CFM of a fan

There is really no easy way to check it at home.
