Single honk means it terminated programming while you were trying to program. that method is a chingo PITA but if you don't have a tech 2 its your only option.

So that means the module is likely bad?

Try programming again if it's not "hearing" the remotes the door module is bad.

I haven't revisited it yet. Once I got the one key fob working, I got lazy

I'll give it another shot this weekend and see if I can't get all of them programmed.

OK, I realize this is an old post, hoping to bring this up from the dead. I am having similar issues with my 2005 Avalanche LT, and I have an additional question.

My unlock portion doesn't work when its cold outside. It works when its warm outside, but lately its been friggin cold here in the morning and the unlock portion wont work, in the afternoon it is usually fine. Any thoughts on this ?

Additonally, is this the same module that controls the memory seat function? That has never worked correctly since I bought the truck. I understand there is a Service Bulletin on the memory seat module, I am hoping one module will fix BOTH if I have to change it.. Please advise..
