I bought an SS cluster from someone off the forum and found a local cluster repair guy. He programmed the mileage and hours for me in about 5 mins lol. It was like $50 though. I would send that cluster to the eBay guy to see if he could fix it, do any other mods you want on it, program it and send it back ready to plug and play.

I have a question do you have to program a cluster? I bought one with almost the same mileage as my truck and just put it in seems to work fine.

only thing is when you sell it tell the buyer about it other wise you can get in trouble with the law for odometer roll back fraud, unless it shows more miles then your truck has?

opening this thread I thought the new cluster was messed up...

It hits differently when it's your thread that gets revived. Thinking back at it IIRC this cluster was ugly as sin, wish I could hurry up and put 2k more on the Tahoe and get the new sexy one in.

on the other hand, that truck probably still has the same mileage on it as when he made this thread.
