Default Need wiring advice on LED swap tailights ?

I just got the new 2017 high country tailights for a steal price and want to put them in my 07 nnbs VMax . I notice the newer ones have a single connection on each tail lamp, whereas the nnbs have 3 bulbs for each side /: so this is where my question goes into play . What all would need to be done to the wiring ? I know a re-pin or possibly a newly fab’d connector would be required , but I’m no expert at all in this. Resistors needed ? Any and all advice welcome!

Used condition but all they need is a good buff to remove the scratches!

They don’t right now but I’m doing a rear end conversion of the newer style one so they’ll fit then

Im using the bed skins from the newer bed. I’m cutting off the bed skins from my nnbs from 5 inches after the rear wheel well all to the back and welding on the newer pieces . I already got the newer tailgate and bumper so everything should flow smoothly
