Default Compustar alarm reprogramming help

I got my truck tuned last night and it unprogrammed my alarm. Last time I had to unplug the the battery and it unprogramed my alarm. I took it back to the alarm shop and they reprogrammed it. I want to know how to do it myself because I don't want to have to take it to the the shop everytime I do something to the truck. Does any one know how to reprogram them. Its a 2 way Compustar with remote start. Thanks

Try removing battery from remote. Then turn ignition on and off five times within 10 seconds, your parking lights should flash once. Then you have ten seconds more to install AA battery back into remote. Your parking lights should flash once to confirm programming complete. What shop did you use?

To be more specific, when I hit the lock button it arms it self but thinks there is a door open so it wont lock the doors. Remote start still works and so does the shock sensor.
