Default am i getting a good deal?

a buddy of mine is the electronics expert at a certain shop here in houston, and he is hooking me up with a system, it includes, 3-12'' subs, my choice of pioneers, jl audio or kickers, then a pioneer component system, my choice of a kicker, keenwood, or mtx 1000 watt amp for the subs and the same choices for a 500 watt amp for the component system, custom box and install, and labor is warrantied for life, and if any of the speakers blow, its just 20 bucks to replace them, all this for $1350, is it a good deal, lemme get a list:
1: 3-12'' subs
2: Component speakers
3: 1000 watt amp for subs
4: 500 watt amp for component speakers
5: custom box
6: all wiring and ****
7: lifetime warranty for labor
8: any sub or door speaker blows, just 20 bucks to replace it with a new one

$1350 big ones, is this a good deal or not?

He said they should fit, there's a good amount of room back there, but if not, pioneer has these new 12" subs out that are only 2.5" thick, so they will definately fit beind the seat

Pioneer Comps? That right there is the downfall sorry. See if he can replace those with something better. Aside from the JL sub. Everything else seems low end. You could do better doing it yourself for around 800.00
