3500Silverado

I need to replace the heavily weathered headlights and taillights on my 2003 3500 Silverado. I was looking at Halo projectors, an HID conversion for the low beams, high beams, and fog lights, and the Painless wiring harness that keeps the low beams on when you switch to the high beams. I tow a big trailer, often late at night, and would like good vision.

Has anyone done the full conversion I'm looking at? What are the best Halo projector headlights? Matching taillights? Best HID conversion?
