Yes, that is the billet pulley included in the kit. Our supercharger has its own designated 8 rib setup, rather than use the stock accessory 6 rib belt as some other kits on the market do. A drill and pin kit is also included in every kit to pin the new supercharger pulley hub to the crank.

It will vary on what the application is. Simple way to calculate it is 50% gains over n/a at 8#. Which on a 5.3/6.0 usually ends up around 150-200 hp gains. Adding a cam, long tube headers, free flowing exhaust all help with the extra supplied air. This will provide even better gains.
