anyone having problems with the pulley?
the machined thickness looks to be off from the stock one (105 amp alt pulley) and its squeaking like crazy.

also what is the sequence of the fans just so that i know they are working properly?

Did you get the nut tightened down fully? I could see it squeaking if it is a few ft-lbs shy of proper tightness.

Your fans should kick on via the following temps and A/C pressures.

{G0901} Fan #1 Turn-on Temp 201.031250 °F
{G0902} Fan #1 Turn-off Temp 194.984375 °F
{G0903} Fan #1 Turn-on By A/C Temp 198.007813 °F
{G0904} Fan #1 Turn-off Speed 35.000000 MPH
{G0905} Fan #1 Turn-on Speed 30.000000 MPH
{G0911} Fan #1 A/C Pressure Enable 209.960938 PSI
{G0912} Fan #1 A/C Pressure Disable 144.921875 PSI
{G0913} Fan #2 Turn-on Temp 216.007813 °F
{G0914} Fan #2 Turn-off Temp 202.015625 °F
{G0918} Fan #2 A/C Pressure Enable 280.078125 PSI
{G0919} Fan #2 A/C Pressure Disable 215.039063 PSI
{G0920} Fan#1 and #2 Both Off 40.000000 MPH

thanks for the reply Justin.
not to be sarcastic or anything but i would think that a snap-on impact would be enough ft lbs on it. in the mean time, i put back the stock one on and it doesn't give me any problems.

Very strange. I haven't run into this issue before. I can toss another pulley onto my alternator sometime over the next couple of days to see if it squeaks. If all is well with that one, I can exchange it out for the one that you have. Sound good?

Justin / Jenna,
Know if the pulley will work on the GMT-900 altenators?
