Crusaders are the "race" shocks that are really not recommend unless you have a dedicated track or race car. 99% of the guys I sell to are just fine with the warriors, and Viking will tell you the Crusaders are not really intended for street vehicles.

Nevertheless, for shocks, brackets, springs, thrust washers, and spanner wrench you are looking at around $950 shipped for everything. Warriors would be $150 cheaper.

Brackets received, thanks again Richard!

Almost have everything else needed. Waiting on spanner wrenches/thrust bearing kit and the correct bearings. Thought I needed the 1.5" wide.

Glad you got them! I make them with a 1-inch distance which works the normal Viking shocks I sell. You can get the right bearings for the qa1 till problem

any maintenance/preventative to be done to the spherical bearings?

i'll post some more pics from my phone in a sec. I did end up grabbing the DD502 shocks/12" spring. everything rides a lot nicer at the ride height i wanted (should have listened to ya in the first place)but I'm still messing with shock settings.
i reused the bearings from the first set, they were still pretty smooth but they seem to be squeaking now, after a few weeks.. i just went ahead and ordered another set... not sure if i should be lubing them up frequently? soaking them in oil before installing?

Viking does not specify any special maintenance is needed with them. However I would spray some lube at them every so often and if you drive in a salty or muddy environment it wouldnt hurt to clean them off I am sure.

Those are some nice pictures, I might have to steal them for my website if you dont mind

The Vikings would have been cheaper than those QA1s

steal away let me know if you want any of them emailed , appreciate all the help. i'll probably throw on the endlinks this weekend and take a few more with the double adjustables on

would have been a whole lot cheaper had i contacted you in the first place, instead of buying two diff sets of shocks.
