We just became aware that a shipment of brushes that we had used to fill orders were not our usual ones and came with a MADE IN CHINA sticker affixed to the back. These brushes were sent to us by our usual supplier in place of our normal USA brushes due to a backorder and unfortunately our warehouse staff did not catch them in time amidst the rush to fill orders before Christmas. There should only be a few in circulation as the days they shipped were only the 20th-22nd of Decemeber.

If you received one of these brushes recently we would like to provide you with a full and complete refund for the piece or exchange for the normal brush when they are back in stock a few weeks from now. To arrange for a refund or exchange please send an email to SALES@ADAMSPOLISHES.COM and include the order number so that we can verify the purchase.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and any annoyance this might cause. Reportedly these brushes are shedding unlike our usual ones and have been found to have small bits of plastic tangled in them from manufacturing. The quality difference between this brush and our usual supply is fairly obvious.
