I must say that my recent (almost) purchase with hp tuners sales was a sh*t in a shoe basket...

First off, email goes unanswered without a replay for them for 5 days, then, they give me bad information. How hard is it to get a reply within 24 hours with correct information without viewing the information on your site?
All I'm trying to do is purchase a damn EIO plug. You tell customers not to go through normal shipping and to email if they need expedited shipping, but, when they do, you tell them just to go ahead with the shipping on the site and select a shipping option... There is no damn shipping options!!!!
Then you tell me to go to tuner school to purchase, wtf
