Charles Wheatley

Well, Im about at my witts end with him. I have tried for a year and a half to meet with him and get a couple small issues lined out with the tuning. I spoke with him in april and he was supposed to send me a unlocked ecm to be able to either fix the issues myself or have someone else fix it. I guess his promiss of free lifetime retunes only counts if he will get back in touch with you to set up a time to meet. I have sent him a text, called, emailed, and pm'ed him during the past 2-3 weeks or more with no response also. Hope he is ok, at least his activity shows he is. I like Charles but this is beyond being rediculous now. :deadhorse:

i understand your frustration, i had the same issue these days with a different tuner, good luck, at this point i have a nice tune but once i start to make changes iŽll really learn to tune myself

Charlie is a great guy and a great tuner, but at times its hard for him to keep up. That's true with any job, I know I fall behind from time to time. I hope this gets worked out quickly for both of your sake.

I gave up on mail order tuning years ago. The frustration was maddening.

Contact New Era Performance! He's the best I've worked with for communication and getting back to you.

If you're local why don't you try someone else? Charlie is a good tuner and cool person but he is always busy. Try someone else.
