Unhappy Auto Anything Customer Service

Had a couple questions this morning when surfing Auto Anythings website and was pretty unimpressed with the response. Was wanting to inquire about their shipping costs to Alaska. I know Alaska costs more but was looking to see if they offered any other options or would be willing to work with me and before I could even ask another question they just ended the conversation and in my opinion told me tough luck. I have other shipping options I can use and was going to try and utilize their free shipping in the lower 48 but oh well.

Here is a screen shot of the conversation. I am sure they still sell great products but this experience could have been handled a little better.

Ha. I was born and raised here and I understand that shipping here is more than lower 48 but some companies just refuse to take the time to look into it a little more and realize there are other options.

In the past I utilize companies free shipping and have it shipped to a trucking company in Washington and then pay them to bring it up. Something like this would have cost $50 bucks to ship this way but I never even got a chance to question if they would ship it to a trucking warehouse.

well thats festive.

customer service is 95% of the game. you lose that, you lost it all. 2.5% is pricing, 2.5% is supply.
